These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Enterprise Portal (the "Service"), a platform that hosts customer portals on subdomains of enterpriseportal.app. By accessing Enterprise Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Enterprise Portal.
Enterprise Portal is infrastructure operated by Replicated, Inc. that hosts vendor-operated customer portals on subdomains. Each subdomain (e.g., customer.enterpriseportal.app) is operated by a Replicated vendor and may have its own terms and policies. These Terms cover access to the Enterprise Portal domain and infrastructure only.
You agree not to use Enterprise Portal or any subdomain for:
The Enterprise Portal infrastructure, including the domain, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Replicated, Inc. You receive a limited license to access and use the Service as intended. You retain ownership of any content you provide to portals hosted on Enterprise Portal.
ENTERPRISE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REPLICATED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REPLICATED DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLICATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Replicated implements industry-standard security measures to protect the Enterprise Portal infrastructure. However:
Enterprise Portal is designed to host legitimate business portals operated by Replicated customers. The presence of a subdomain on Enterprise Portal indicates that subdomain is part of legitimate Replicated infrastructure. We maintain this legitimacy through:
If you believe a portal is fraudulent or operating inappropriately, please report it immediately to abuse@replicated.com.
Each portal operator may maintain their own terms of service and policies. These Terms do not apply to individual portals. Please review the terms and privacy policy of any specific portal you access. Replicated is not responsible for third-party portal operators' terms, policies, or conduct.
Replicated reserves the right to modify Enterprise Portal or these Terms at any time. Continued use of Enterprise Portal after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the site.
Replicated reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Enterprise Portal for violations of these Terms, security threats, or abuse. Termination does not relieve you of obligations under these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.
